KP- Most senior leader of ISIS loyalists killed in East of Afghanistan
One of the most senior leaders of the loyalist of Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group was killed during the operations in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan. The Ministry of Defense (MoD) said the ISIS leader killed during the operation has been identified as Syed Omar Bajawari who was also famous as Khetab.







Security Council condemns ‘barbaric and cowardly’ terrorist attack in Stockholm
The United Nations Security Council condemned in the strongest terms the “barbaric and cowardly” terrorist attack which took place in Stockholm on 7 April, and during which at least four people, including a child, were killed and over a dozen injured.


KP- Afghan forces’ Khalid operation underway in 13 provinces
A large scale military operation under the name of Khalid is underway against the militant groups in at least thirteen provinces, the officials said Wednesday. Najib Danish, acting spokesman for the Ministry of Interior (MoI), told reporters that 16 areas or districts in 13 provinces are under the cover of Khalid operations at the moment.







KP- Deadly car bombing plot foiled in Kabul city
The Afghan security forces have foiled a deadly car bombing plot by the anti-government armed militant groups in capital Kabul. The 101st Asmayee Zone in Kabul said a terrorist was arrested and Vehicle-borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED) was confiscated and defused by the militants manage to detonate it in the city.


UN condemns terror attacks on Coptic churches in Egypt
United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres and the Security Council today condemned the bombings of two Coptic churches in Tanta and Alexandria, Egypt, which killed at least 41 people and injured more than 100 others.
