MNG - Санжаагийн Баяр (1956 - ) нь Монголын улс төрч, дипломатч, Монгол улсын 25 дахь ерөнхий сайд.
Боловсрол
Санжаагийн Баяр нь 1956 онд Улаанбаатар хотод төрсөн. Тэрээр 1973 онд Улаанбаатар хот дахь Зөвлөлтийн 10 жилийн 3-р дунд сургууль, 1978 онд Москвагийн Улсын их сургуулийг хуульч мэргэжлээр төгссөн.
Ажилласан байдал
1978-1979 онд Улаанбаатар хотын АДХГЗ-нд мэргэжилтэн, 1979-1983 онд Зэвсэгт хүчний жанжин штабын IV газарт офицер, 1983-1988 онд МОНЦАМЭ агентлагийн "Новости Монголии" сонин, Гадаад мэдээний ерөнхий редакци, "Монгол пресс" агентлагт редактор, ерөнхий редактор, 1988-1990 онд МРТУХ-ны орлогч дарга, 1990-1992 онд БНМАУ-ын Бага хурлын гишүүн, Төрийн байгуулалтын байнгын хорооны дарга, 1992-1997 онд Төр, нийгэм судлалын Академид багш, АНУ-ын Вашингтоны Их сургуульд судлаач, Монгол Улсын Батлан Хамгаалах Яамны дэргэдэх Стратегийн судалгааны хүрээлэнд захирал, 1997-2001 онд Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн Тамгын Газрын дарга, 2001-2005 онд Монгол Улсаас ОХУ-д суух Онц бөгөөд Бүрэн Эрхт Элчин сайдаар ажиллаж байсан.
Улс төрд
Санжаагийн Баяр 1988 онд МАХН-д элсчээ. 2005 оны нэгдүгээр сараас МАХН-ын Ерөнхий нарийн бичгийн даргаар ажиллаж байсан. 2007 оны 10 сард болсон МАХН-ын 25-р их хурлаас түүнийг тус намын даргаар сонгожээ.
2007 оны 11 сарын 22 ны өдрийн УИХ-ын чуулганы нэгдсэн хуралдаанаар гишүүдийн 97.1%-ийн саналаар Монгол улсын ерөнхий сайдаар томилогдсон.
2008 оны сонгуулийн үр дүнд байгуулагдсан УИХ түүнийг 2008 оны 9 сарын 11-ний өдрийн хуралдаанаараа оролцсон гишүүдийн 98.5 хувийн саналаар Монгол Улсын ерөнхий сайдаар дахин томилсон.
ENG - Sanjaagiin Bayar (Mongolian: Санжаагийн Баяр) (born 1956) is a Mongolian politician who was Prime Minister of Mongolia from 22 November 2007 to 29 October 2009. He announced on October 26, 2009, that he was going to resign his position as Prime Minister because of health reasons. He was replaced by Sükhbaataryn Batbold on 29 October 2009.
Political career
Bayar joined the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP) in 1988. Have you voted for or against Sanjaagiin Bayar ? He became General Secretary of the MPRP in 2005 and was - by 377 to 229 votes - elected Chairman of the MPRP at a party congress in October 2007, defeating Miyeegombyn Enkhbold. The same congress also voted in favor of Bayar becoming the next Prime Minister. The Parliament approved Bayar as Prime Minister of Mongolia on 22 November 2007, with 67 votes in favor (97.1%) and two against.
He began his career as Prime Minister with verbal attacks (speech at his appointment) on Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj and the nationalisation of the 15 % share of Mongolian companies in the Tavantolgoi mine, making it a 100% public venture, thus inducing enthusiasm of Russian companies in the large coal deposit. Most of the members of a three-party coalition government, led by Bayar and dominated by the MPRP, were approved by Parliament on December 5, 2007; the government included Bayar's predecessor, Miyeegombyn Enkhbold, as Deputy Prime Minister. Declining health and resignation
Bayar was admitted to a hospital in Ulan Bator in October 2009. Because of his declining health, Bayar announced his resignation in a letter to Mongolia's parliament one week later on 26 October 2009. On April 8, 2010, Sanjaagiin Bayar read his written request to resign from the chairmanship of former communist party Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party due to declining hea. th reasons to the conference of the party and then was replaced by Sükhbaataryn Batbold for the position on the same day from the party conference.
