Former White House spokesman Robert Gibbs picked Mitt Romneyout of the crowded field as the most likely to win the Republican nomination for U.S. president. Gibbs spoke Monday night at Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., giving a talk titled "Inside Washington: What's Next," WAMC-FM reports.
