UK overseas territory of Gibraltar will get a new Governor next week, current Governor, Sir Robert Fulton will be leaving his post tomorrow. The Fulton City Council has given its blessing to a community group seeking to turn the old Fulton Fire Station into the Robert Fulton Commons.
