רפאל (רפי) איתן (נולד ב-23 בנובמבר 1926), לוחם ואיש קהילת המודיעין הישראלית, ולאחר מכן איש עסקים ויו"ר מפלגת גיל בכנסת השבע עשרה. כיהן כשר לענייני גמלאים ולענייני ירושלים. כיום יו"ר המועצה הלאומית המייעצת להשבת זכויות ורכוש יהודי במשרד ראש הממשלה, ויו"ר מפלגת הגמלאים "דור".

Pensioners Party leader Rafi Eitan did not succeed in winning enough votes to return his party to the Knesset, but he will continue working on behalf of his constituency in Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's government.
