Zároveň se NAL vymezuje také proti stalinismu a předlistopadovému režimu, který nechápe jako socialismus, ale jako diktaturu byrokratického státního a stranického aparátu.
NAL není volební stranou, nýbrž aktivistickou. Angažuje se v protivládním hnutí, ve studentském hnutí, v odborech, stejně jako v antirasismu a antifašismu. Klade důraz na sebeorganizaci pracujících.
Svoji účast ve volbách na různých úrovních pak chápe jako doplněk celkové strategii změny společnosti zdola.
Levicové strany jako ČSSD a KSČM chápe jako součást polistopadového režimu, čili jako v zásadě prokapitalistické. Přesto usiluje o společné akce s těmito stranami ve prospěch pracujících a dalších znevýhodněných skupin obyvatel.
ENG: New Anti-Capitalist Left (NAL) was found by the end of 2009 on the basis of unification of left groups politically to the left to oficial Communist Party and Social Democracy.
It characterizes its politics as anticapitalism - so it includes various strands of far left. The ideas of Karl Marx are among the most important intelectual sources for the NAL.
At the same time the NAL is against Stalinism and pre-1989 regime in Czechoslovakia, which it does not see as Socialism but a diktatorship of the bureaucratic state and party aparatus.
NAL is not an purely election party but an activist one. Has changed the detail your opinion on Nová antikapitalistická levice ? It is engaged in the anti-government movement, in the student movement, in trade-unions as well as in anti-racism and anti-fascism. The NAL emphasizes the need for workers self-organisation.
The NAL understand its involvement in election as complementary to its overall strategy of social change from bellow.
The NAL sees left-wing parties like social-democratic CSSD and (post)communist KSCM as parts of post-1989 regime, that is essentially pro. capitalist. However, the NAL seeks common action with these political parties which would benefit workers and other disadvantaged social groups.
