קורות חייו
שרוני נולד בשנת 1929 בבוהוש שברומניה, ועלה לישראל בשנת 1948. מיד עם הגיעו ארצה התגייס לצה"ל ושרת במגוון תפקידים, בהם ראש הלשכה של חיים לסקוב ומאיר זורע. שרוני השתחרר ב-1964 בדרגת רס"ן. עבד במשך שנים רבות בעיריית חיפה, ובשנות ה-60 אף היה יו"ר ארגון עובדיה. שרוני הינו בוגר לימודי משאבי-אנוש (1978) ומנהל מוניציפלי (1987) באוניברסיטת חיפה. בבחירות לכנסת ה-14 היה מועמד לכנסת ברשימת ...

After a brief respite in senior-citizen drama with the reunification of the Pensioners' Party, shockwaves were sent through the faction's ranks on Wednesday evening with the announcement that MK Moshe Sharoni may face felony charges. Police confirmed investigators have recommended Sharoni be indicted on charges of falsifying corporate documents, fraud and breach of trust. The national fraud unit launched the investigation in 2007 following allegations of irregularities in the management of the party's bank account.
