Two South Carolina congressmen are joining their colleagues in returning unused money from running their congressional offices to the government. Jeff Duncan of South Carolina's 3rd District and Mick Mulvaney from the 5th District were among those who sent a letter to Speaker John Boehner on Wednesday asking that the unused money be applied to reducing the national debt.
