President Michel Suleiman informed U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during a phone conversation late Saturday that the Lebanese will be able to solve their crisis through dialogue and consensus. Suleiman stressed to Clinton that "the latest developments in Lebanon are of political nature and are being solved based upon the constitution and democratic means," said a presidential statement Sunday.
