社会民主连线（简称社民连线或社民连；英语：League of Social Democrats，LSD）是香港一个实行社会民主主义的左派政治组织，也是唯一清晰地表明其政治意识形态理念的政党。其目的是“旗帜鲜明地捍卫基层利益”，表明是“旗帜鲜明的反对派”，被视为最激进的香港泛民主派组织之一。现时是香港立法会泛民主派中的第三大政团，香港立法会第四大政团。
