ESP - José Rizo Castellón (nacido 27 de septiembre de 1944, Jinotega) es un político nicaragüense, afiliados al Partido Liberal Constitucionalista (PLC). Rizo es un abogado formado en la Universidad Católica de Chile, quien también estudió en la London School of Economics. Rizo fue nominado como candidato presidencial del PLC para las elecciones de 2006 en la que terminó en tercer lugar detrás de Daniel Ortega y Eduardo Montealegre, recibiendo 27,11% de los votos. Rizo anteriormente se desempeñó como Vice President bajo Enrique Bolaños, a partir de 2002 hasta que dimitió en 2005 para ejercer la Presidencia. José Antonio Alvarado fue su vicepresidencia funcionamiento mate.
