MANILA — The housing sector can help prevent tragedies resulting from natural calamities through proper land use planning, Vice President and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) chair Jejomar Binay said on Thursday. “Alam nating lahat ang nangyari noon sa Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte.
