Dit het verteenwoordiging in die parlement gekry toe die stigter, Patricia de Lille, oorgeloop het deur verteenwoordigingstemme van die PAC te gebruik. Die party geniet veral steun in die Wes-Kaap onder sogenaamde bruin kiesers waar dit talle stadsrade in ooreenkomste met die DA regeer. Dit sluit die plaaslike owerhede Saldanhabaai, Bergrivier, Kaapstad en die Weskus-distriksmunispaliteit in.
