Creationism is the religious belief that humanity, life, the Earth, and the universe were created in their original form by a deity (often the Abrahamic God of Judaism, Christianity and Islam) or deities. Evolution is a fact not a "scientific belief" as stated on the tab at the top of the voting panel.
The theory of evolution explains this fact with evidence from all walks of science such as biology (obviously), palaeontology, geology, chemistry and physics.
Creationism is a "religious belief" requiring nothing but faith for it's adherents to believe in it as it has no evidence to validate it whatsoever. But that's OK, according to it's adherents, because they think that faith (belief without evidence) is a virtue rather than something to be questioned.
It is quite clear that humans were created. This is obvious for a number of reasons. Firstly, the Moon is a mathematical message, built by our creaters for humanity to decipher, when it reached the required level of spiritual and physical evolution. To understand this message though, you need to use base ten mathematics. This explains why the God race gave us ten fingers.
