公民力量（英文：Civil Force），香港一个地区组织，主要活跃于新界沙田区和西贡区。该组织是在1993年12月成立，由当时八位沙田区议员组成，包括当时刚退出香港民主同盟（民主党前身）的刘江华（行政会议成员）。部份成员与民主建港协进联盟有联系（例如温悦昌），政治立场与民建联相似。
公民力量现时在香港立法会拥有一个议席，这就是民建联的刘江华，但他是以民建联的身份参选的。它在沙田区议会和西贡区议会分别拥有15个和3个议席，在沙田区是拥有最多议席的地区组织。
