The Awami Muslim League (AML) on Friday staged a ‘dharna’ (sit-in) at Rawalpindi Railway Station, to express solidarity with the railway employees and to protest against non-payment of their salaries and pensions.

LAHORE – Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed apparently in a bid to save the crumbling Railways Department, has announced to stage a sit-in outside the Lahore Railway Station on Saturday (today) to build pressure the government for taking some serious steps to save the department.
