ביוגרפיה
נולד בשם איווט ליברמן ללב ולאסתר פירה בקישינב שבמולדובה, שהייתה אז חלק מברית המועצות. שפתם העיקרית של הוריו כמו גם זו של ליברמן עד גיל 3, הייתה יידיש. בזמן לימודיו באוניברסיטת קישינב עבד כאיש ביטחון וכתב מחזה בשם "סטודנטים" שזכה בפרס ספרותי. ליברמן עלה לישראל ב-18 ביוני 1978, למד עברית במסגרת אולפני ...
