Həyatı
Artur Rasizadə 26 fevral 1935-ci ildə Gəncə şəhərində anadan olmuşdur. 1952-ci ildə Lənkəran şəhər 4 №-li orta məktəbi bitirmişdir.
İş fəaliyyətinə 1957-ci ildə Azərbaycan Sənaye İnstitutunu bitirdikdən sonra əmək fəaliyyətinə Azərbaycan Neft Maşınqayırması ETİ «AzİNMAŞ»-da mühəndis vəzifəsində başlamış, sonradan böyük mühəndis, layihənin baş mühəndisi, şöbə müdiri, elmi işlər üzrə direktorun müavini vəzifələrində işləmişdir.
