Luis Alfredo Palacio González, más conocido como Alfredo Palacio (Guayaquil, 22 de enero de 1939), es un médico y político ecuatoriano, presidente del Ecuador desde el 20 de abril de 2005 hasta el 15 de enero de 2007.
