FIN - Cai-Göran Alexander Stubb (s. 1. huhtikuuta 1968 Helsinki) on suomalainen kokoomusta edustava poliitikko ja Vanhasen toisen hallituksen ulkoasiainministeri. Stubbista tuli ulkoasiainministeri 4. huhtikuuta 2008 Ilkka Kanervan jouduttua eroamaan tehtävästä tekstiviestikohun seurauksena. Vuosina 2004–2008 Stubb toimi Euroopan parlamentin jäsenenä. Stubb on koulutukseltaan filosofian tohtori.

Stubb lähti varsinaisesti mukaan politiikkaan vasta vuoden 2004 alussa suostuessaan kokoomuksen europarlamenttiehdokkaaksi. Hänet valittiin Euroopan parlamenttiin kesäkuun 2004 europarlamenttivaaleissa, joissa hän sai toiseksi eniten ääniä (115 225) koko Suomessa.

Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb has dismissed Russian criticism over a child custody case. A week ago, a Finnish father brought home his son, Anton, kidnapped earlier by his mother to Russia. The father was helped by an official from the Finnish Consulate in St. Petersburg.
