Kenneth Rasalabe Joseph Meshoe is die President van die Afrika Christen Demokratiese Party in Suid-Afrika.
Kenneth Meshoe is gebore in Pretoria en is die vierde van sewe kinders. Hy het sy Matriek Sertifikaat voltooi in 1972, en het in 1975 gegradueer aan die Universiteit van die Noorde met 'n Sekondêre Onderwysdiploma. In 1976 tree hy in die huwelik met sy vrou, Lydia; hulle het drie kinders.
In 1976, sluit Kenneth en Lydia aan by Christ For All Nations, en hy is sedert Februarie 1980 een van Reinhard Bonnke se mede-evangeliste. In Januarie 1987, is Kenneth na die Shekinah Bible Institute in Kingsport, Tennessee in die VSA, waar hy sy tweede jaar Teologiese Diploma voltooi het. In 1988, begin Kenneth 'n onafhanklike kerk bekend as die Hope of Glory Tabernacle, wat sedertdien goed gegroei het. Gedurende die Munisipale Regeringsverkiesings van Desember 2000 het die ACDP se steun met oor die 1000% toegeneem van 5 Stadsraadslede in 1995 tot 62. Die ACDP is nou verteenwoordig op plaaslike vlak in elke provinsie van Suid-Afrika.
Kenneth verteenwoordig die ACDP in die Nasionale Parlement, tesame met 6 ander LP's.
Op die 18de Desember 1994 is Kenneth Meshoe sy Ere-Doktorsgraad (Doctorate of Humane Letters afgekort L.H.D) toegeken, deur die Bethel Christian College van Riverside, Kalifornië VSA, en is ook aangewys om te dien as 'n Associate Member on the Board of Regents van Bethel College.

Kenneth Meshoe was born in Pretoria and is the fourth of seven children. He completed his Matric Certificate in 1972. In 1975 he graduated from the University of the North with a Secondary Teachers Diploma. In 1976, he married his wife, Lydia; they have three children. In 1976, Kenneth and Lydia joined Christ For All Nations, and from February 1980 he became one of Reinhard Bonnke's associate evangelists. In January 1987, Kenneth went to Shekinah Bible Institute in Kingsport, Tennessee in the US, where he did his second year Theological Diploma. In 1988, Kenneth started an independent church called Hope of Glory Tabernacle, which has steadily grown.
In December 1993, they started a political party based on biblical principles called the African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP), and Kenneth became its first President and has remained thus to date.
During the April 1994 elections the ACDP won two seats in national parliament and three in provincial parliament. In the 1999 elections, they increased their support base by more than 300% and won 7 seats in the national parliament and 4 provincial in provincial legislatures. In April 2004 the Party grew to 7 members in National Parliament and 8 in Provincial legislatures.
During the Local Government Elections in December 2000 the ACDP increased its support by over 1000% from 5 councillors in 1995 to 62 councillors. The ACDP is now represented at local level in every province of South Africa. Kenneth represents the ACDP at National Parliament, together with its other 6 MPs.
Here he serves on the Portfolio Committee for Safety and Security. He also spends much time in his Gauteng constituency. Kenneth Meshoe runs a very tight schedule and is invited to speak at many conferences both nationally and internationally, particularly on how to use prayer to bring about change in communities.
On the 18th December 1994, Kenneth Meshoe was awarded an Honorary Doctorate (Doctor of Humane Letters, abbreviated L.H.D.), by Bethel Christian College of Riverside, California, USA, and was also appointed to serve as an Associate Member on the Board of Regents of Bethel College.
