LEBANON — The Lebanon Theatre Company is offering a chance for lovers to wine, dine and dance on the most romantic weekend of the year.

The Lebanon Theatre Company presents “Love Music for Valentines,” an evening of music, dancing, and romance from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday.

“We are having an old fashioned night on the town while keeping everything local,” said Jay Mills.

Mills is one of the show’s organizers and will provide piano accompaniment to several singers during the evening.

The evening will feature performances from several local singers and bands. Attendees will be allowed to dance or just listen to the songs of love, Mills said.

“It’s going to be an excellent event,” Mills said. “I can’t think of a better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day.”

Champagne and chocolate will be provided by Valley Vineyards, a sponsor of the event.

Performers include the jazz quartet Finale, Priscilla Bendel, Julia Bethune, Erin Brewer, Wayne Dunn, Jay Fultz, Heather Kimbrough, Karen Oehler, Brent Peebles, Kurt Percy, Holly Schreier, Dawn Stone, and Cyndi Zopff.

Tickets for the event are $20 per person and can be purchased by calling (513) 228-0932.

The Lebanon Theatre Company is teaming up with the Golden Lamb to add a romantic dinner into the love-filled mix.

The Golden Lamb will offer a special buffet, including salad, chicken, turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables and bread for $40 per person, which includes admission price to the show.

The Lamb also is offering dinner specials on surf and turf, African lobster tails, poached stuffed chicken breast or sea bass from prices between $42.95 and $52.95 per person.

Dinner and show reservations can be made by calling the Golden Lamb at (513) 932-5065.
