Members of The Christ Temple Victory Center in West Duluth came out in full force to worship and commemorate the man who worked so hard to erase racial lines.

The day before the nation remembers Dr. Martin Luther King Junior, Northlanders are celebrating. Members of The Christ Temple Victory Center in West Duluth came out in full force to worship and commemorate the man who worked so hard to erase racial lines. "He's one of the leaders that I look up to and just because of the work that he did bringing the minority Americans and the non minority Americans try to bring them together and laying the foundation," said Danielle Poualeu who's been attending the church for one and a half . ears. Two featured speakers talked about King and the hope in- coming president Barack Obama brings to people of all colors. It would be King's 80th Birthday if he were still living.
